Hi, welcome to my support page!
My name is Katelyn Hunter and I am excited and honored to take this next step of obedience in what God is calling me to do! I graduated from the University of Missouri (go tigers!!) in 2023, which is where I had the gospel shared with me and began to follow Jesus. Since graduating in 2023, I have been working as a registered nurse both in Columbia, Missouri and most recently Kansas City, Missouri! God has used nursing to provide opportunities to share the gospel, see people take steps to know Christ for the first time, and has developed my heart for the needs of the world. God has placed on my heart a desire to go to the nations and take the gospel to parts of the world where it is not accessible or yet known. This ministry residency will equip me in ways that will be essential for being an effective and healthy ministry worker on the mission field, and allow young adults in the Kansas City metro area to be engaged in the Great Commission and mobilized to the nations! It is a privilege to partner together in what God is doing among the nations and how he is mobilizing young adults to reach the next generation with the gospel.
